As your coach, I can help you overcome obstacles which have prevented you from reaching your goal of creating the life that you truly desire. You will learn how to identify what obstacles have stood in your way, how to create the changes you desire and how to make day to day choices that move your toward having the life of your dreams.
As your coach, I will provide you with:
1) Review of your Wellness Questionaire during an initial 60 minute session to identify actions steps, address challenges, discuss expectations and needs and create your vision of health and wellness.
2)Weekly or bi-weekly 30 minute sessions via doxy, or in-person (depending on what you choose). Each session will include a pre- and post session questionnaire to optimize results.
3)The inspiration you need to consistently move toward your goals.
Receive an initial 60 min session to create your vision of wellness.

Includes all items listed in package one however rather than weekly 30 minute sessions you receive one additional follow up 30 minute session which includes a pre- and post- session questionaire to optimize results
Receive an initial 60 minute session to create your vision of wellness as well as a once monthly 60 minute session to re-evaluate your goals and progress.
