RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships require work and are bound to face challenges large and small. Simple, everyday stressors can strain an intimate relationship, and major sources of stress may threaten its stability.  As long as each partner is willing to address the issue at hand and participate in developing a solution, most relationship problems are manageable, but when challenges are left unaddressed, tension mounts, poor habits develop, and the health and longevity of the relationship can be in jeopardy.

DEPRESSION Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and exhausting. . If you’re struggling with sadness, low energy, hopelessness, or feeling disconnected from the people and things you once enjoyed, you are not alone. Our counseling services provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, be heard without judgment, and begin moving toward relief and renewed strength. Together, we will understand the root causes of your depression, develop healthy coping strategies, challenge negative thought patterns, and rebuild motivation and self-confidence. With the right support, you can begin to feel like yourself again.

Anxiety can feel paralyzing at times. Do you find yourself overthinking or worrying about the futur

ANXIETY Anxiety can feel overwhelming — racing thoughts, constant worry, tension in your body, difficulty sleeping, or a sense that something bad is about to happen. When anxiety takes over, it can interfere with work, relationships, and your ability to enjoy life. Together, we will identify anxiety triggers, break the cycle of overthinking, develop healthy coping strategies, build confidence in managing stress and restore a sense of calm and control .

TRAUMA Trauma can leave lasting effects on your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships. You may feel on edge, disconnected, overwhelmed by memories, or unsure why certain situations trigger strong reactions. Your responses make sense. They are signs your nervous system has been trying to protect you. In trauma counseling, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. You are always in control of your story.

Perinatal Counseling Pregnancy and early parenthood are often described as joyful — but they can also bring overwhelm, anxiety, mood changes, identity shifts, and unexpected emotional challenges. If you’re feeling sad, anxious, irritable, disconnected, or not like yourself, you are not alone — and you are not failing. Perinatal counseling provides a safe, compassionate space to process pregnancy-related anxiety, postpartum depression, birth trauma, identity changes in motherhood or parenthood, relationship strain and feelings of guilt or shame. You deserve support during this life transition. Caring for your mental health is part of caring for your baby.
