As founder of Acadia Counseling and Wellness, I have a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. I believe that everyone has an inner desire to grow through healing, learning, and creating strong connections with others.  My vision is to create a wellness community where everyone is welcome.  I specialize in working with people of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma. Member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma    Professional.

Stephanie Smack, LCSW-C

 

Stephanie incorporates wellness and holistic practices into her counseling services.  For 20 years, she has assisted clients with improving the quality of their lives using various modalities and best practices.  

Julie Smith, MS, CADC, CSC-AD

Julie has been working with adults of all ages with substance use disorders for over 10 years. With an open mind, compassion and empathy, Julie can help you take a look at how drugs and alcohol are affecting your life and provide a supportive environment for change.

Ashley Ford, LCPC,

 

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Marymount University. Ashley enjoys working with older adolescents and adults in an individual and group setting. She has experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and addiction. Ashley has a  holistic, person-centered approach that utilizes a wide array of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, compassion and humor to meet each client where they are and offer a supportive environment for healthy change and growth.

Sarah Schaber, RYT500

Trained in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Prenatal/Postnatal, Child and Senior Yoga.

As a certified yoga instructor for over 12 years, I have personally experienced and observed the benefits of regular yoga practice in all walks of life. To witness the joy and laughter that yoga can bring a child to the relief of stress and pain it can helps all ages with, it is my honor and passion to share the gifts of this special practice with others. Bringing along 15 years of personal yoga experience, I believe in the practice of yoga both on and off the mat. Yoga helps us all to be the best versions of ourselves. Namaste.
