Join us Every Thursday from 6p-7p
Come join us and explore the benefits of qigong and Tai Chi through standing meditation, breath work, gentle massage, and movement.
Sessions held the First Tuesday of the month at 5pm.
Classes led by Diane S. Brissey, LCSWC; certified Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader and Taiji Fit Group Conductor.
There is no charge for these classes
