The breathing exercises and relaxation techniques learned from practicing yoga can help children with stress management. Teaching children how to reduce stress in a healthy way is an important life skill that will help them as children and as adults.

Join us for three special yoga sessions focusing on both baby and mama. We will work on breathing exercises and yoga postures that will help to restore and balance the body, mind, and spirit and strengthen the pelvic floor/core in a very gentle way.
Throughout the classes, we will involve our little ones every step of the way and integrate them into our practice, creating a very special time for bonding and connecting. Calm mama and calm baby.
